Center text in page, accounting for margins

To center text in a PDF page get the actual page width available for writing and then set that value as the cell width:

 pw = pdf.w - 2*pdf.l_margin
 # Center text
 pdf.cell(pw, 0.0, "lorem ipsum", align="C")
